Step 1. INTRODUCTORY CALL
Once you have filled out the Franchising Opportunity Form, a Phenix Salon Suites representative will reach out and schedule a call with you. Based on our conversation, we mutually will determine if you would like to proceed so that we may provide you with additional information including the brand vision, store operations, location requirements, demographics, leasing build-out and start-up costs.

Step 2. Receive Franchise Questionnaire & Review Financial Qualifications
The next step has you filling out the Phenix Salon Suites Questionnaire and Personal Financial Statement. With this information, we can learn about you and your current financial situation to ensure this is a solid partnership for both parties.

Step 3. Franchise Overview Call
During this one-hour conference call, one of our Franchise Development Advisors will deliver a complete overview of the company history, the development process, what separates our brand from other salon suites competition, and information on third party financing availability.

Step 4. Founder’s Call
During this one-hour conference call, you will be able to discuss the business and the mission and ask questions with Co-Founder and CEO Jason Rivera.

Step 5. Receive Franchise Disclosure Document
This document outlines the franchise in detail and includes the agreement between you and the franchisor. Upon signing this document, Your Franchise Development Advisor will share the franchise information in greater detail and proceed with the due diligence process to ensure this is a good fit for both parties.

Step 6. Validation Process
In the validation process we provide contact information for existing franchisees giving you the opportunity to speak directly with other business professionals that currently own salons in the system. In addition, we provide contact information for third party lenders to help you in your due diligence efforts.

Step 7. Discovery Day
After completing the validation process and reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Documents, you will be invited to attend Discovery Day in San Diego, CA where you will spend a day with Founders Gina and Jason Rivera, tour a few Phenix Salon locations and have an opportunity to discuss any final questions to complete the process.

Step 8. Executive Team Approval
Once the Executive Team approves, you are invited to join the Phenix Salon Suites family. Congratulations!

Step 9. Site Selection
Once you sign your franchise agreement, you will begin to work with your real estate team to start site selection to find a great location.
