A Phenix Salon Suites (PSS) Franchise Development Consultant will reach out to discuss key topics such as your timing, proposed location, business experience, investment capability, and goals. This conversation is designed to answer your initial questions and help us both determine if it makes sense to take next steps.
You’ll also complete our brief, non-binding franchise application. This allows us to get to know you better—your background, interests, and financial readiness. Your information is kept 100% confidential. We will not run credit/background until the very end of the process, if/when you decide you would like to become a Phenix Salon Suites franchisee.

Franchise Overview & Key Documents
Your Phenix Salon Suites Franchise Development Consultant will schedule a one-hour Zoom meeting to walk you through our franchise model, development process, financial requirements, company history, and the benefits of joining the Phenix family.
At this stage, you’ll also receive two important documents:
Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD):
This legally required document provides comprehensive details about our company, franchise structure, and terms of the franchise agreement.
Blank Site Analyzer:
A financial planning tool to help you “run the numbers” and begin building a business plan that banks or lenders may request. Results will vary depending on your location, timing, market conditions, and operational execution.
Schedule and attend Zoom meeting with your Development Consultant
Review the FDD and submit a signed receipt page (required in applicable countries)
Sign your Site Analyzer Disclaimer Letter and begin working the tool to better understand potential financial performance
The Leadership Insight Experience
You’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with our leadership team through two key virtual sessions:
CEO Call
Speak with Brian Kelley, our President and CEO, who is also a multi-brand franchisee, including with Phenix Salon Suites. He’ll share insights on the support we provide our franchisees, our company culture, and answer any questions you may have.

Virtual Discovery Day
Meet Phenix founders Jason and Gina Rivera in a one-on-one virtual session. You’ll hear their personal vision for Phenix Salon Suites, explore our values and culture, and take a virtual tour of select locations.
Attend the CEO call with Brian Kelley and come prepared with questions
Participate in the Virtual Discovery Day with our founders
Committee Approval
Once approved by our franchisee committee, we will send franchise agreements for your execution. Once executed, Congratulations – you are officially part of the PSS “Family” and we will get you started on the site search!
