Phenix Salon Suites, a national chain of salon spaces, will be expanding with three new locations owned by a new Long Island franchisee.
Garden City-based Filakan Holdings LLC, led by Anthony and Sava Filacouris, has signed a franchise development agreement to bring three Phenix Salon Suites to the New York area, including a new Long Island location, according to a company statement.
